Academic Advisory Board
The IRF has established an Academic Advisory Board (AAB). The AAB provides important assistance and guidance to the IRF program, including in the selection of Fellows, recommending and assisting in placements and selection of mentors, meeting with the Fellows and conducting discussions, and providing suggestions in order to improve the program. Board members are also asked to lead some of the monthly seminar sessions.

Chair of the Academic Advisory Board
In his capacity as Chair of the Academic Advisory Board (AAB), Prof. Gerald Steinberg serves as the permanent academic consultant overseeing the project. He is also responsible for seminars and training sessions, as well other aspects of the Fellows' professional development.

Director
Since June 2011, Ari Rudolph has been Director of the IRF, tasked with running the day-to-day operations of the program.

Administrator
Dov Yarden serves as the Administrator of the project. He is responsible for all legal and financial dealings of the program, including maintaining the legal infrastructure in the United States.
